Studio Booking

At Podfather Creative, we are happy to have you come to our studio to record your podcasts!

Because of high demand for studio time, we have developed a 2-step booking system to make it easy for you to schedule your guests for recording sessions. It is very important to follow the procedures outlined below, as doing so will not only ensure that we never have double-bookings, it will save you time and eliminate confusion about recording start time, location, and best practices.

STEP 1: BOOK A TIME

Figure out how much time you want to book and select the appropriate time slot from the options below:

1 HOUR
2 HOURS
3 HOURS
4 HOURS
6 HOURS

Current booking days: Wednesday and Friday

Preferred Booking Rate (Podfather Clients): $60/hr

Standard Booking Rate: $75/hr

Please note that sessions are booked in 4 hour minimum blocks. If you need a smaller session, a $30 setup fee will apply.

If you have no guest to interview for the recording, you’re done!

STEP 2: INVITE YOUR GUESTS

Once you confirm your guest and agree upon a time for their interview, you can now fill out our Guest Invite form:

Filling this form out is very important, as it will automatically trigger the following actions:

-a Google event invite will be sent to you, your guest(s) and the Podfather team

-the Google event will specify whether the recording is in-person or remote (very important for the recording engineer) and include the address or remote link, respectively

-an email will be sent to your guest(s) confirming the date/time and provide them with studio access instructions (in-person) or remote recording best practices (remote)

That’s it!

If you need to book a recording before a specific date and no slots are available, please feel free to reach out to brayden@podfathercreative.com to see if there are any additional slots available in the short-term. Please be aware that additional fees may apply for last-minute or off-schedule booking.
